ladeedah's LOW CARB 1 2 3 CHALLENGE Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
I just noticed that I have been writing on the wrong wall. Duh! I was writing on a challenge that is already over. Anyway, I'm back on track. I had knee surgery on Friday so have not been able to exercise. I am working on cutting my calories so not to gain too much weight. I need to increase my fluid intake especially water.

Leg is still swollen from knee surgery but have reduced my carbs and caloric intake. Cycled for 30 min.
