Had a good day. Ate under my caloric and carb intake. Water still a challenge. Only got in 5 glasses today.

I overindulged with calories and carbs. I ate some organic foods but they were high in calories and carbs. Rats!

Today is starting off to be pretty good. I was little hard on myself yesterday because I ate 7 more grams of carbs than I intended so I am being very conscientious about my food choices. I also need to focus on getting more water in since that seems to be a major challenge.

Today, I really watched my carbs but did not exercise because I had a restless night due to knee pain. However, I will make up for the day tomorrow. I plan to do two classes in the gym.

Not much sleep but ate the appropriate calories/carbs. Exercised for 1.5 hours. Water is still a problem--consuming it at night.

Today I had knee surgery so I didn't eat very much today. Will be resting over the next days and will attempt to drink water as much water as possible since I won't be able to exercise.
