I walked on 5/1 and 5/2 3.5miles and 4.0 miles respectively.

Today, 5/l3 I walked 3.5 miles with weights. 5/ll walked 3 miles as my partner had to stop.

5/22 walked 3.5 miles. I did as was suggested fast then slow alternately for the entire walk.
