Mtnbikrdr's Couch to 5k in 9 weeks April 2011 Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
I've never been a runner and have always wanted to try it. I read "Born to Run" last year and decided to try it, but quickly learned that I needed to go slow and first learn to walk in shoes without arch support. I did that for a year and loved it. Once I decided to do this challenge I went out and bought the New Balance Minimus trail shoe. I've done two runs so far with the podcast and new shoes and I'm very happy with both. By the way I'm training on a treadmill.
