HI, I have been doing well. Eating right, exercising a bit more each day. Crazy work schedule makes it hard to log in daily but doing my best. Writing everything down until I can get home to record it here. Sorry I didn't get to log in yesterday.... :( Good Luck everyone.

Day 2 was okay. I did some exercise, walking, stepping machine. babysat, (don't know why they call it sitting-didn't do much of that... :) Tried to watch carbs, ended up higher than I wanted. Need to do better. Still feeling good, still motivated. Good luck to everyone!

Day 3.Day 3 went well for me. Still leading quite a hectic day. Housework, errands, packing for week-end away. Did walk around sub-division, used air stepper. Did some stretches. Found a great cole slaw recipe when I did a search for Atkins cole slaw recipe. It was very good and only 4 net carb per 1cup. Here's recipe if interested. KFC Style Dressing : 1/3 cup Splenda 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp white pepper 1/2 cup half & half 1/2 cup mayo 1 1/2 tblsp. white vinegar 2 1/2 tblsp. lemon juice shredded cabbage 7-8 cups mix all ingredients well with wisk, add to cabbage. Refridgerate for 2 hrs before serving. Really good !!!!

Doing well. Not as much exercise today as past few. ... feeling tired today. I have been working a lot and lot of up & down steps while cleaning, (not today but past few days). Think its caught up with me. Still motivated. Good luck everyone and thank you all for nice post from y'all.

Good for you! glad that you are feeling better and all is well with the diet.. Sometimes work (whether home or office) can catch up to you and get you feeling blah. Glad you were able to shake the feeling. Rest and take care of yourself. :)

Stayed on track with eating. Did some exercise, but really tried to rest up some as tomorrow is going to be a very heavy work day. 3 houses to clean. Thank God I'm getting help with one of them. May not log in tomorrow. I kno9w I will be ready for bed when I get home. Guess the exercise will be good for me ! Hope this finds everyone doing well. Catch ya'll later. Have a good one!
