Mini Challenge - Run three times following the podcasts' intervals
"I only ran half of day 2 because I had terrible pain in my knees and calf and didn't want to push it too hard and hurt myself. I finished the 35 minutes with walking. But I got back in the saddle and ran the full 25 minutes for day 3. My boyfriend has been running with me and not having him on Wednesday I think is what made it harder. He runs way faster than I do but then I always have something to work toward."
