Steel City Biker's 10lbs, 2 weeks! this is not going to be easy Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
I started out at 255lbs in Jan, I quite smoking almost 4 weeks ago and I am still loosing the weight. This is not a fad for me or a diet but a change in life. I think that is why this is working so well - I am happy and feel the best I have in a long time.
