Ok last 7-10 been bit off track eating like 70% percent of way wanted too. Didnt freak out been doing well last 3 months figured needed mental/physical break of sorts. What I did notice during this time was increased energy better workouts and fuller muscles. So got me thinking that my carbs are to low for my workout routine. So going to up my daily cHo about 50 grams on my lower calorie days and 100 on higher days. Lil nervous to try this approach as lowering my fat tends to make me feel more hungry.but figured I'd give it a try for a month and see what happens

Did some drinking last nite. I haven't done so in a while. Just feel wrecked today can't wait for tommrow.

Wow 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup oats 1 egg put in blender then cooked on pan like a pancake this was delicious !
