billtech66's A No Chocolate Holiday Wall

I quit eating chocolate on 9/23/11. and not to lose weight, but to keep my heart healthy. Since my post on the forum, I've confirmed I have a leaking Heart valve, the one that does the second lighter heart beat. And the caffeine in chocolate aggravates it a lot. I've stuck to NOT eating chocolate since then, and have had zero chocolate since 9/23/11 except for the day I went in for the stress test, since I wanted to be sure the heart was doing what I know it's doing. Today, I practiced Racquetball for 18 minutes, lifted weights for 20 minutes, then spent 60 minutes on the bike. keeping heart rate at 108 to 112, so as to burn only fat. Felt very good to do this after almost 10 years of only using my home exercise machine, which is too limited and has caused bursitis in my left shoulder. It's been over 3 months since I had to stop working out with my weight machine, and that, along with ultrasound therapy, the bursitis is greatly improved.

7/2/14, I'm still not eating any chocolate, since 9/23/11, and I don't miss it a bit. It was just a habit. :)
