I completed my initial test with 50 crunches so I was directed to week 3 column 2 or 3. I did column 2 yesterday, but think I'll go to 3 for more of a challenge.

Jumped over to the second column of week 3 today and it's a bit harder. 30, 38, 23, 23, and maxed at 50. I can ignore the burn in the gut and keep going, but does anybody else have all that rush of blood up the back of the neck? Wow!
