"Weight up again. Continue to exercise daily and kept up with more water drinking. Seems as though in order to lose weight I have to really reduce calorie intake. Unable to keep up with pace of activities and daily life on less than what I am doing now. I suppose I must resign myself to the fact that my body likes to be at 160. However, still continuing to see muscle development and an overall reduction in size."
