"My fiber has been in the 40-50 gram range with no real side affects, so I must be ready for the change. The only problem I had was finding a way to work at this while at a restaurant. Hubby took us to a Burmese restaurant with wonderful food, but when I got home and plugged it into the computer I found it was lacking in fiber. Good thing I remembered to take a fiber supplement before I left home."
