sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I so can relate to you. I have cried on the treadmill after working hard for 6 days straight following diet and then having gained body fat. So I get you. I would say that maybe you are exercising too much and too hard. Sounds crazy but it could be true. Also, you may have to cut your calories more. I found that I had to cut down to 1200 calories to really lose weight. Plus I do boot camp class 4 days a week for about an hour. with 30 min of cardio on the other 2 days. your weight is only 145 so maybe you dont need 1900 calories. I started at 232 and am down 26 lbs since january 2012. Most weight loss plans have people eating 1500 calories or less a day. I hope these suggestions help. I wish you lots of luck and know you will succeed.
