Mini Challenge - Substitute eating out with a home cooked meal!
"We really don't ever eat out, so there wasn't any substituting needed. And most of my meals are thrown together. One of the best meals this week (it's a keeper!) was from a bunch of leftovers... 1/2 head of cabbage, 2 zucchinis (sliced in half-moons), half of a sliced onion, half pound of leftover tri-tip, 2 cups of leftover rice... saute all together until the veggies are done, add about 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and saute for another minute or so. Add garlic-chili paste (or don't if you don't like spicy)... DONE! Makes about 4 generous servings."
