"This week I did pretty well overall. My dinner last night? Not so much. Went out with a friend for sushi and well, need I say more? Going out once in a while is fine but my one-day-a-week night out is Friday so I don't want to get into this habit of going out too much. I'm not worried about it though - got plenty of homework to do today to keep myself busy rather than eat!"

"I've kept to a steady calorie-reduction plan and I exercise just about every day for an hour or two (not just walking a mile or two an hour or picking up a 3lb-dumbbell), I mean serious workouts...BUT...never-the-les... the scale remains the same. I'll just be happy that the number doesn't go UP - then we'd have a big problem! ;)"
