Ok, did my best to eat all the fiber I could up to 40mg. Wow. I did get it all my water.

You might want to start a little slower to reduce belly pain and bloating. Check your last few week's diet calendars for the amount of fiber and add 5 to 10 grams more to that this week. 40 grams is the ultimate goal.
