Newoutlook's 6 Weeks To 100 Push Ups 2011 Wall

Done the first days Pushups. Man those were heavy for me and i pushed even though they weren't that much.(second column) On my last set i did 7. Can't wait to build up some strength.

Did my second day today. I can feel my sides are so sore even so from my arms. For some weird reason my left more than my right. Can't wait till weigh in. I do think im retaining at the moment. last set was hard to get in the minimum 7.

Hope you recover quickly from the wisdom tooth. I'll be repeating week 4 and I know there are others so a bunch of us will be around at least 7 weeks.
