well since this challenge just stated and its the ending of the first day, i am not weighing in till next Monday and every Monday thereafter....but have done 200 reps this day plus weights and cardio...didnt eat much at all as not really hungry...been busi working on the cabin..and getting things done i been wanting to for some time now...well, thats all for now..talk to ya all laters....and water waws in my diet as well :)

i decided to weight in today as i've actually been working out since 3 weeks or so ago....so i have actually lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks not just since this started...so wanted to be sure that was understood as thatis not how it comes a crossed...thanks have a happy healthy day Peace, Dar <3

hanging in and doing ok, adding a new boot camp exercise to my regimen starting tomorrow morning...plus my reps...and more water..^_^
