AyannasMom's Great abs for beginners Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Hi AyannasMom, sometimes fast food is the only option. When that is the case I try to pick healthier things on the menu, like "grilled" chicken and do not eat the bun, a burger without the fake cheese and do not eat the bun, or a salad with light dressing on the side. It is hard but the more you do it the easier it gets. Taco bell has the fresco option, it seems that they are all working to get a bit healthier options. Keep up your hard work! You can do this.
