"Knees hurting from yesterday so decided not to do squats especially with so much squash played."
Mini Challenge - Day 31: 100 squats
"Did the 100 in two sets of 50. So now I will go back and pick up the two days that I missed. Just want to do it for my sake. I "owe" a day of 65 squats and a day of 90. I will carry on for two more days and get er done. Cheers all to a good challenge."
