frmersdtr's 6 Weeks To 100 Push Ups 2011 Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
So far so good. Able to complete the required # of push ups, sit ups and squats. But as an old bag, I know it's gonna get a lot rougher! Hope I can hang with the youngsters!! Ha!!

Today is day 3 of the triple challenge. Feel like I am getting a ittle stronger. weight is slow to drop and not really seeing the results I want...YET. Will keep working at it. May need to add some Tony Horton into the mix
