bmr1's Lose 25 pounds by July 4th! Wall

Did Ok yeasterday. I recorded my steps - > 13000. And I made it to the Gym, but only did 1 class because my cold was not quite over. This a.m. I feel better so I'll try for 2. And today I need to do some yard work. Eating was just OK but mainly because of snacks, I need to limit myself to a single 4 oz gass of red wine, and only 1 sweet snack. This a.m. I recorded what I expect to eat for the day.
