Day two : Happy about this challenge! Also on day 2 of a weight/ inch loss challenge and feeling extremely sore. Looking forward to reaching my goal!

First week of my Inch/weight loss challenge : sore and lost 1/2 inch . Working out makes me hungrier :/ 2nd week no soda : almost drank ginger ale this weekend lol. Doing pretty good with no soda :) looking forward to my next added challenge . Haha

Still doing good with no soda and drinking lots of water. Yesterday I started raw apple cider vinegar to my water .... Super energized !! Gained two pounds from working out then lost a pound and an inch everywhere. So very happy about the inch . Basically losing 1/2 inch a week , gonna work towards 1 inch a week ;)
