Thank you!! I'm hoping that I keep the momentum. My goal was to shed the 30 lbs I had lost 2 years ago and unfortunately gained back, but I'd love to get down to a healthier weight. I have a mission trip in the Dominican Republic at the end of July and that is behind my motivation. I went last year and the mile hike to a remote village was a bit much for me and I promised myself if I went back, I would be much lighter and hopefully in much better shape. So eating better is not the only thing important in my journey, but fitness is also key. Let me know if you try any of those recipes. I thought they looked good and didn't want to lose them, so I saved them but haven't tried them. Thanks for noticing. People around me are starting to notice the loss as well and I must admit it is nice and encouraging. :)
