Getting more fat in your diet will keep you from getting hungry. I'll send you a list via private message of foods that you can eat in order to do that. Also, all of the sweet and carb-y foods that you're eating right now are making your body crave more sweet and carb-y things. Once you cut those things out of your diet, and you actually get into ketosis, you'll stop craving them. You'll also be able to eat more low-carb food because the high-carb food won't be taking up all of your 20 net carb limit. There is a big list of low-carb meals and snacks listed under the "Induction Meal & Snack Recipes" thread found in this Challenge Forum.

LOL @ "eat nothing". I eat plenty of food. I'm always full. And I very rarely go over 20 net carbs. Check out my Food Diary sometime ;)

Eat unprocessed foods, including animal products for protein. Make sure you get plenty of protein, and you don't have to trim the fat. Both fat and protein are more satisfying and stay with you longer than bread products. Besides that, eat fresh non-starchy vegetables. No grains (that includes no bread!), no starchy vegetables, no fruit on the induction. Go to the Atkins site for a full list of foods that are permitted on the different phases of the Atkins diet. If you wanted to give this diet an honest effort, you would need to do research and planning. But since you seem to be losing weight anyway, you could just decide to stick with what works for you.
