Mini Challenge - Run at least 3 times a week
"I completed my 0-5K training program and have run 2 5Ks, although I haven't run a 5K in 30 minutes and will not be able to because of my pulled hamstring and my heart rate goes to high if I run faster than a 12 minute mile."
