RobynM's Walk 100 Miles Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
100 miles is 160km. Over 8 weeks this works out to 20km a week. So far this week I have walked twice on Monday & once on Tuesday (with a little bit of running too) Tally so far is just over 12km. 8 to go and a busy back part of the week. Will be interesting....
