Keep motivated cause running can be boring without changing of the scenary.

I used the Elliptical machine for 20 minutes and completed 1 mile for distance.  
20 Sep 10 by member: Reaper
I completed a combination of elliptical, exercise bike and treadmill for a total of 5 miles today. I burned 878 calories while working out for an hour.

I completed a 30 minute elliptical workout. I completed a distance of 1.25 miles.
