Ordered a scale yesterday so I can accurately track progress. Walked for 40 minutes at lunch today.

Holy smokes!! Way over on calories yesterday! My dinner is just out of control! Ran this morning though; had a good run. Maybe all will balance out by the next weight in?? Hopefully!?
