"I've actually been exercising about 6 or 7 days a week. I go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week, and then I walk my dog at least 30 minutes on the days I don't go to the gym, and sometimes even when I go to the gym, I still find time to walk the dog for 30 minutes. So I'm pretty much moving anywhere from your basic 30 minutes a day up to over 2 hours a day. It's freaing fantastic! And the dog is losing weight, too, and loves it!"
