Did My 30 minute run today after taking a break for 2 days. It's strange when I run on the beach My mileage is stated at 3.5 miles. When I run up and down small inclines I feel like I ran a lot longer and harder than the mere 2 miles I'm clocked at. I also did 10 reps of 30 crunches in different order along with 100 buttock tucks.
