I need help, I need people to help me figure out how come I don't loose an ounce and I really try to stay focus on my exercise. I is super frustrating not to see the number on the scale change a little, but I will continue because I feel super good after my run.

Patilu, You need to track your foods so you know how many calories you are intaking a day and if you are meeting your RDI. You may be eating too little or too much and even if you are exercising, it can be causing your stale. If you have a spiffy cellphone, download FS app Calorie Counter. That will help you track foods easier because it has a barcode scan and you dont have to enter the nutritional value. Also, you may want to add some weight/strength training to your workout. This is needed to build muscle which overall helps burn more fat.
