Well so far I have been eating all the right things and working out. If I weigh in the morning I am lighter than in the afternoon/evening. Go figure right :) Anyway. I have been drinking more water7-9 classes a day. Fell like I am going to float away.

Ok so I may not be losing a lot of weight but I have dropped 1 size and have lost 2 0/0 body fat so I'm still stoked. Any advice on how to get the weight to drop?.?????
