It's true! It's always harder to start something new. Even with something as easy as 10 crunches. Thankfully, I put mind over matter, and completed it two days in a row. While the exercise itself isn't too strenuous, it's the idea of forming a habit that's hard! Go me! Two days down, five more days this week to go! ^_^
