Ok, so I want to be apart of this diet challenge, I did Atkins years ago and loved it. Now I really need to lose a lot of weight and am looking forward to the jumpstart. My goal is to actually stay with it a minimum of 6 months. However,i am unsure of exactly what to do for the induction phase. Very low carb something like 12-14 grams, is that the gist of it?
