okay its Thursday 100 miles so far and feeling good...Need to monitor the diet a little more closely.

I am new to all of this....Thank you so much for the encouragement!!!! I did another 25 miles today on the spin bike. We have figured it out if I spin for 60/70 min with a cal burn of 400 on the heart monitor and 600 read on the spin bike then 25 miles completed when at the Y. Today's work out was weight lifting for 45 min cal burn of 350 cal then a cool down of 100 more calories then we hit the bike for 60 minutes with intervals burn was 400 cal. An approximate burn of 850 cal. That makes me happy.....

So I weighed myself in today and still 169.0 which is alright. I am trying to decrease my carb intake and up those proteins..Its hard...but I will have a positive attitude towards it....Off to spinning class....
