"Ran the streets, the beach, the strand, the bike path and the hills. Had to adjust my gait because my bum is burning from yesterday's festivities. Like the Ministry of Funny Runs."

"It took me about 45 mins to do the whole thing with a small break after the second rinse. I was surprised I managed the dips -my upper body strength has def. improved. Burpies-aka Barfies-don't ask!"

"Running today was really rally hard, felt like I had bricks tied to my shoes. Had to resort to humming the Rocky theme out loud to get to the top of the hill. So afraid for tomorrow-actually Saturday because I have a feeling I will be hurting."

"YES! It took me practically all day-good thing I work from home. Could only hold the wall squat fro 60 secs at a time so I did 3 reps. I will NEVER do another "BARFEE" ! NEVER! "
