Mini Challenge - Eat at least 2 fruits a day - Successful
"The fruit mini-challenge also reminded me to eat more veggies. :o) As for the exercise, I did 32 one-hour exercise classes since this challenge started. 22 hours Zumba, 7 hours Silver Sneakers Strength (will be 8 counting Tuesday's class), 1 yoga, 1 gentle yoga, and 1 Aqua (water aerobics). I also rode my exercise bike at home and did a fair amount of walking."
