Elwillie's Great abs for beginners Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Ok, yesterday was Day 1 of this abs challenge and boy was it a challenge for me!! When I joined, I figured that the first few weeks would be a breeze, but who was I kidding! My abs are still hurting from the 10 crunches I did LAST NIGHT! LOL! My hubby suggested that I alternate working upper and lower abs so that I isolate and work each section separately; sounds like a good suggestion. I wonder what my challenge mates think about this. I'm clueless...

I am a firm believer in not weighing before the week is up, but I had to take a peak on the scale just to see what's going on after Day 3 of this challenge. So far I've dropped a pound. Wooohoooo!!!! I haven't done any other exercises this week so far. I wonder what will happen once I add back my Leslie Sansone walking tape?

Going strong on week 2 of this challenge! Upped my crunches by 10 to 20. I'm so glad that I could complete 20 that I thought about adding another set. LOLOL!
