Ms. LadyBird I couldn't have said it better myself. Why is it that we (I'm definitely including myself) that we should be embarrassed when we slip on a "diet". Don't we have embarrassing moments ALL THE TIME, but are able to get past it quickly? Think about it as walking up the stairs and tripping, you faulter, you feel embarrassed for tripping UP the stairs and then you keep climbing the steps.
