Counting calories and joining a DietBet challenge is what helped me start losing again. I was trying everything after my surgeries and nothing was working. I found an exercise group (Silver Sneakers) That has strength and flexibility plus some cardio, but at a more gentle pace compared to Zumba! I read from the 344lb weight loss sight about energy in energy out and I had forgotten about that part of it. My goal is to eat anything I want up to 1200 calories each day and exercise 3 times a day. Whole grains and lean meat has helped a lot. Thank you for helping me be better and more gentle on myself.
