"This works although I alllw myself flexibility to play around with the start and finish fasting times as my life is never scheduled enough to be that exact. Also I found after my first meal I felt so full I didnt have that much of an urge to eat like I always used too. Its true eating the proper foods after a few days of your body adjusting, it really does stop you having all those late night cravings for fatty, salty and sugary snacks! :) feel like Ive turned a corner into a new fitter me!"
