A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
I didn't journal each day but eating 5 different fresh fruits and vegetables requires some creativity and planning ahead. However, it kept me from eating empty calories. I still want to make it my lifestyle to eat carrots, grapes, apples, bananas and one other vegetable everyday.
