I did my 1 hour. For the record, my start weight is not correct. I weighed in a 155 this morning.

I did an hour today, but only 30 min. on Friday. I failed the challenge this week. I feel like I'm coming down with something, but will try to keep it up while I can.

Did my one hour. I guess this would count as the 1st workout of the week. I have the beginnings of a cold or something, but exercising usually helps me recover faster.
