old horizontal's Dust off Your Stationary Bike Challange! Wall

Monday 2/6 - 30 minute treadmill/ 4.0 grade/3.2 speed = 1.6 miles and almost 200 calories. Have been building up grade and speed over two weeks. Goal is twice a day.

Wednesday 2/8 -30 min. 4.0 grade /3.2 speed ..missed Tuesday. Need to assure 5 days a week and build time and distance

Thursday 2/9,Friday 2/10 , Saturday 2/11 and Sunday 2/12 - Treadmill each day min. 30 min/max 45 min.increasing speed and grade. Monday 2/13- Tuesday 2/14- traveling no workout:(
