What is considered a serving of fruit or vegetable? Is it 1/2 cup or 1 cup? If it is a cup, I had 5 servings of veggies and a fruit every day.

I found this for you, Mariska. Hope it helps. Dried fruit such as raisins, banana chips, dried pineapple, prunes or dried apricots offer you one serving per 1/4 cup. A single serving of canned, frozen, chopped fruit or fruit juice equates to 1/2 cup. A medium-sized piece of whole fruit such as a banana, peach or apple counts as one serving. Sherry
