Sampoblado's 1000 CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Here is my lunch almost every day the past 2 weeks. Lotta food with little calories, and really tasty!! Oh, and HIGH protein ½ cup chopped celery 1 can chunk light tuna ½ bunch Cilantro 1 large cucumber 2 tbl spns Light Mayo 6 large Radishes ½ red bell pepper 6 Serrano peppers ½ cup chopped red onion 2 Large tomato =318 calories, 32 grams protein, 28 grams carb, 12 grams fiber, 7 grams fat. Chop & dice everything but the tomatoes. Stir all together. Slice the tomatoes and spread on a plate. Serve the tuna salad over the top. It’s enough to serve two people. So that would be 159 calories per serving. I eat the whole thing & I’m stuffed. Add a bed of lettuce and make it a complete salad. Serve it on a 100 calorie bagel or sandwich thin to make a tasty sandwich. It sounds spicy with 6 Serrano peppers but it's really not. I also sprinkle cayenne pepper on it too.
