AmyCoulon's Nighttime Munchies Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Trouble last night. I was up late finishing some patient charts, b/c I had been at my son's Tball meeting most of the evening. Dinner was healthy, but quick and I didn't take time to eat the salad I had also planned. By midnight, I was starving and exhausted. I caved and had a small serving of mixed nuts and some pretzel sticks. But I did at least take the time to measure out some portions, I didn't eat out of the containers, so at least that's a small improvement. Baby steps.
