yesterday I got 70 minutes of walking in and today only 20 minutes so far and that might be all I get in today. Went dirtbike riding yesterday and some leg muscles I haven't used since last summer are a little sore today :) felt good but the treadmill was killing me I need help being strong!

does anyone else find it hard to spend an hour on the treadmill. even with my computer or a good book music it doesn't seem to matter I just cant help watching the clock. this challenge is kicking my butt last night I lasted 20 min today I am going to try to do all 90 min. gonna push myself through!

I did it 90 minutes 4 miles 374 calories. Tomorrow I am going for more calories so that means faster walk.
