3 days into the Challenge and I can say I have worked out every day, but eating right and recording my food is not going well. My birthday is tomorrow and I think I might be doomed for eating right this week. MOtivation to eat well is something I MUST work on.

I am trying to run/walk 13.1 miles on the treadmill weekly. I did it last week and am enjoying it again this week.
